Terms of Service

By creating a Dagpay account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and transaction PIN confidential. Any transaction conducted through your account is legally deemed authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

• Funding Operations: Wallet balances can be topped up via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, USSD, or our approved payment partners (including PalmPay and Paystack).

• Transaction Accuracy: You must double-check the recipient details, meter numbers, or smartcard values before executing a transaction. Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed.

• Anti-Fraud Measures: We maintain zero-tolerance for fraudulent wallet funding. Any account receiving funds linked to unauthorized bank transfers, card fraud, or chargebacks will be permanently frozen, and remaining funds forfeited to cover recovery charges.

• Instant Processing: Dagpay delivers airtime, data packages, electricity tokens, and cable TV activations instantly. However, delivery speed is subject to third-party telecommunication networks (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile) and energy DisCos.

• Network Failures: In the rare case of a failed delivery due to mobile operator downtime, funds will be refunded back to your Dagpay wallet automatically after the operator registers the error.

• Program Status: Dagpay allows eligible users to register as VTU resellers, earning discounted rates and commissions on transactions.

• Rates & Adjustments: Discount rates, service charges, and commission percentages are subject to change depending on operator pricing and wholesale partner guidelines. Resellers will be notified of major rate changes.

• API Integrity: API integration users must not flood the server with spam queries. Any abuse of the API or security manipulation will lead to instant account suspension and API token revocation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services or products under Dag Global Limited that cannot be resolved amicably via arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
