Q.How quickly is my wallet funded?
All our payment channels are configured for instant credit. Your wallet is updated as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction — usually within 3–10 seconds.
Q.Is there a minimum funding amount?
The minimum wallet funding amount is ₦100. There is no maximum limit for bank transfers, though card payments via Paystack are capped at ₦10,000,000 per transaction.
Q.Are my card details safe?
Yes. Dagpay never stores your card details. All card payments are processed directly by Paystack, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard for payment processing.
Q.What if my payment was deducted but wallet not funded?
This is rare but if it happens, please wait up to 10 minutes as some banks delay transfer confirmations. If still not resolved, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference.
Q.Can I get a refund?
Wallet funding is generally non-reversible once your wallet is credited. For VTU transactions that failed, the amount is automatically reversed to your wallet within 5 minutes.
